We cannot guarantee that you will be able to extend your stay in your current/preferred property. If it is not possible to extend we will try to accommodate you elsewhere. Payment Terms : Payment for the first week is due in advance on or before check-in for bookings of more than 7 nights. For bookings less than 7 nights 100% of payment will be taken on or before check-in time.
For extended stays payment will be weekly in advance or by arrangement.
