Extended Stay:
If you wish to extend beyond the end date of a booking, you need to give us prior notice and we will confirm the next period of stay subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to extend your stay in your current/preferred property. If it is not possible to extend we will try to accommodate you elsewhere. Payment Terms : Payment for the first week is due in advance on or before check-in for bookings of more than 7 nights. For bookings less than 7 nights 100% of payment will be taken on or before check-in time.
For extended stays payment will be weekly in advance or by arrangement.
Any overpayment will be refunded.
